No, this isn't a contact based class, whilst we do practice real techniques, we won't have you beating the living daylights out of each other!
What should I wear?
Comfy gym clothing — T-shirt, leggings/joggers, trainers.
Is it suitable for total beginners?
Absolutely. Most people who join have never done kickboxing before.
