2022 saw the return of our popular Kick-Fit Ladies Only Fitness Kickboxing Classes.

Featuring a mix of Kickboxing training to music, partner pad-work, technique training and more, these high energy, relaxed classes are perfect for training Kickboxing techniques without sparring or belt assessments.

Sessions are booked monthly and run every Thursday at 7:45pm.

Boxing/Bag gloves are required, however we can provide these for your first class to get you started.
